Simply Knit Wrap is Great Review by Linda

Ease of Use

I finished this in just two or three weeks of easy evening knitting, and love it. It drapes great, is very warm for the cold Michigan winters, and the yarn is nice, with an easy pull skein. Although I was worried about not having enough yarn, there was plenty. I prefer my own shawl closure to the button that comes with it, as I don't like to push buttons through handknits. Thanks, Mary Maxim!

Clear Directions, Beautiful Result Review by Kit

I have been knitting for several years but mostly just garter stitch scarves. This is one of the most ambitious knitting projects I have done. But the directions were clear and easy to follow, and the wrap is beautiful and warm. I used red Titan yarn and a gold button a friend gave me and it is spectacular.

Very Clear Directions For Even Fairly Newer Knitters Review by Kit

This is not quite easy enough to recommend for a first project, But it might be a good first large project for someone ready to tackle a wrap but not to do lots of seams and fitting in sleeves and so on.

The entire wrap is made by knitting vertical rows, some all the way from top to bottom, and other rows just part way up from the bottom and back down again to make the bottom wider. The directions are clear and easy to follow, and the result is very pretty.

If you have never used a circular needle before, don't worry. The reason for using a circular needle is because you have a lot of stitches in one row, but you are just knitting back and forth like you would on single point needles.

I am a medium speed knitter at least compared to the knitters I know, and it looks like it will take me about 20 hours to complete this project, maybe less, so about three weeks of knitting a little every day.

Yarn is nice on this wrap Review by Karen

I had to order 4 more skeins as the 12 in the kit were not enough.
The yarn is soft. It makes a heavy warm wrap.
