Network Administrator

The Network Administrator will support and administer network and internet related protocols. Will coordinate and implement upgrades as needed. Will offer technical advice and lend support to approximately 45 users. Essential duties will also include maintaining all network related software and hardware as well as managing server backup and disaster recovery. Other duties as needed and assigned.

Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEM)

Mary Maxim is seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEM) with a proven track record to manage SEO, Comparison Shopping Engines (CSE) and PPC campaigns. The SEM Specialist will be responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing natural and paid search engine marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
Daily Managing and research of keywords and bids.
Formulating and managing the PPC budgets.
Growing and Optimize keyword portfolio through A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc.
Manage comparison shopping engines (CSE) via Chanel Advisor.
Find new PPC and CSE channels to advertise in.
Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
Track, report and analyze initiatives and campaigns.
Work with other members of the e-commerce team to implement SEO strategy and integrate PPC campaigns with email marketing efforts.
Implementing methods to improve organic search rankings (SEO).
Keyword research, analyzing competitor websites, documenting SEO changes and tracking progress.
Assist with website product data entry when needed.

Qualifications:
Proven track record with minimum 2 years hands-on SEM experience.
Experience in Google Adwords and Analytics (Adwords Individual Qualification and Google Analytics.
Certification desired but not required) 
Experience with Chanel Advisor a plus.
Strong Statistics background and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Microsoft Excel.
